The Triplett remote identifiers are small units used in conjunction with the Triplett PairMaster for LAN cable identification. They properly terminate the LAN cable when connected to a wall jack. The identifiers contain the necessary circuitry to allow the PairMaster to verify proper wiring within the cable. The 16 remote identifiers have an overvoltaged LED which lights to indicate the presence of damaging voltage.
